The year-round opportunity is open to all ages and abilities, with 2 types of session available to join, that are led by instructors, Amy and Dean.

Introduction to Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP)
WHO: Beginners
PRICE: £20 including kit hire / £10 if you bring your own board
WHAT: This session includes a safety briefing, a discussion of the experience to expect and accompanying equipment followed by a introduction to riding the board. The completion of which should allow participants to competently complete a journey to the train station and back, followed by a safety rescue demonstration.
Stand Up Paddleboarding Water Polo (SUPolo)
WHO: Novice
PRICE: £10 if you bring your own board
Kids
There will be school holiday sessions for kids, details for which will be shared on the Facebook group here.
Useful Information
All participants are strongly advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the experience, such as a wetsuit or thin layers such as leggings, joggers, long sleeve tops, and ideally water shoes. The team of instructors, all British Canoeing qualified coaches, will provide buoyancy aids, as well as helmets for those under the age of 16. They are also able to provide all levels of personal performance awards and can certificate.
