Each day brings a unique food experience, and we’ve put together a handy guide to help you plan your visits. Ready for some flavour-packed lunches? Here’s your Monday-to-Friday rundown of the food vendors at Leeds Dock.

Monday: Cypriana Street Food

Hours: 12pm – 2pm

Start your week with a taste of the Mediterranean at Cypriana Street Food! This Greek-inspired van serves up traditional dishes that bring a slice of Cyprus to Leeds Dock. Fan favourites include chicken and pork gyros, a delectable mix of seasoned meats wrapped in warm pita bread with fresh toppings. Vegetarians will love the halloumi fries served with tzatziki and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds. Each dish is bursting with authentic Greek flavours, offering a delicious start to your week.

Tuesday: The Mexican Pilgrim

Hours: 12pm – 2pm

On Tuesdays, satisfy your craving for South American flavours with The Mexican Pilgrim. A finalist at the British Street Food Awards, The Mexican Pilgrim serves up everything from tacos and burritos to tostadas and quesadillas. Each item is packed with vibrant, fresh ingredients and a kick of spice. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty burrito or crispy tacos, the Mexican Pilgrim brings the colourful and bold flavours of Latin America to Leeds Dock.

Wednesday: Rita’s Indian Kitchen

Hours: 12pm – 2pm

Midweek calls for a taste of India with Rita’s Indian Kitchen. Specialising in Punjabi street food, Rita’s menu combines traditional flavours with a personal twist. Sample the signature samosa chaat—vegetarian samosas topped with chickpea curry, crispy noodles and flavourful sauces. For something unique, try her fish pakoras with masala chips, blending British favourites with Indian spices. Friendly service and generous portions make Rita’s Indian Kitchen a must-visit, with options catering to all dietary needs.

 

Thursday: Mario’s Mobile Kitchen

Hours: 11am – 2:30pm

On Thursdays, savour the authentic flavours of Portugal with Mario’s Mobile Kitchen. Mario brings the essence of Portuguese cuisine to Leeds Dock with dishes like peri-peri chicken and chorizo on loaded chips, a customer favourite. Expect pitta breads stuffed with tasty fillings, crispy croquettes and empanadas bursting with flavour. Mario’s food is inspired by his childhood and family recipes, so every bite is infused with genuine Portuguese soul. Friday: Twisted Kitchen

Hours: 12pm – 2pm

Known for its flavourful burgers, rice dishes and tropical sides, Twisted Kitchen combines street food with traditional Caribbean cooking. Try the Curry Goat, slow-braised for hours with a special spice blend, or the Jerk Chicken Burger topped with their addictive scotch bonnet mayo. For Friday specials, look out for Crispy Jerk Belly Pork and Mutton Rib Roti.
