Leeds Sanctuary invites you to join their FREE course, The 5 Ways to Wellbeing.
A 5-week course held every Tuesday from 11 January until 8 February between 6:00pm (refreshments from 5:30pm) and 7:00pm at The Glassbox in Leeds Dock, participants will explore the importance of Connections, Giving, Learning, Being Active and Taking Notice.
The course is designed to support health and happiness, in which the framework is largely centred around the simple, holistic Christian-inspired concept of Human Flourishing whereby every aspect of life has the potential to prosper when given the right tools.
