Leeds Dock invites everyone to take part in a daily mile route for 20-minutes of easy exercise
The Daily Mile initiative provides an excellent opportunity for the local community to incorporate self-paced, outdoor physical activity (e.g. walking, jogging, running) into their lives, with the objective to positively impact personal health, attitude and well-being.
Starting outside Department Leeds Dock on The Boulevard, the 20-minute walk weaves around Leeds Dock, offering wonderfully scenic views of the River Aire. A mile is approximately 2,000 steps.
